Mike Crisp has more than 25 years of legal experience counseling heathcare systems, hospitals, physician groups, physician inventors and early-stage medical device companies in commercial transactions, corporate governance, intellectual property protection and disputes.
Mr. Crisp was a shareholder and practice group leader at Kilpatrick Townsend LLP and a shareholder at KL Gates, LLP, where his health care clients included Tenet Healthcare, Hospital Corporation of America, Saint Joseph’s Hospital, and Reflow BioMedical Technologies. Beginning in 2013, Mike became the General Counsel and Managing Director of Harbor Cap Partners LLC, a Connecticut based private equity firm.
At Harbor Cap Mike has led or advised on numerous investments in early stage medical device/technology companies. Based on personal experience with transgender people and issues, Mike is dedicated to providing appropriate healthcare access and support to all transgender and gender-diverse children and their families and to promoting greater acceptance of trans gender and gender diverse people through education.
